  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available
  • Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items

PAYMENT METHODS

Shella accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Shella features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don’t have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final and due to health and security purposes, all topical gels are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Gels series are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any of our Gels, Fajas (Shapewear) or any other Clothing. No Refunds. Please refer to the sizing chart and read carefully the instructions (which is located within each product page) when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size. We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to exchange worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be exchanged.  No Refunds. Please refer to our Return & Exchanges section on our website to learn about the requirements for exchanges and return packaging.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
We use UPS and USPS as our delivery carriers. Shipping rates start at $7.99 and takes 2-4 business for delivery. FREE shipping non disponible. Shipping times could be affected by holidays and other factors.

Tracking numbers will be provided after your package leaves our facilities.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Luxo Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 or USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777.

Returns (if applicable)
