All sales are final and due to health and security purposes, all topical gels are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Gels series are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any of our Gels, Fajas (Shapewear) or any other Clothing. No Refunds. Please refer to the sizing chart and read carefully the instructions (which is located within each product page) when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size. We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to exchange worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be exchanged. No Refunds.
